Hello Soup Lovers!
My name is Erin and I am the CEO (Chief Everything Officer) of The Soup Aisle. By day you'll find me at my desk working in technology, but by night I am a menace in the kitchen! When Patrick (Culinary Manager) and I first met, we bonded over our love of cooking (and weird sunglasses). We have spent a lot of time in the kitchen together but we also love getting out, going to concerts, and visiting new places.

A Microsoupery in Exeter
We are thrilled to be able to offer soup to the community. We recognized the need for a dependable soup provider when Exeter's well-known soup establishments all closed within a few years of each other, and there hasn’t been any local soup purveyor or curator of any type for over 3 years. There is no denying that Exeter’s love of soup runs deep; it is a solution to being cold or sick, especially during the winter. And now we have come up with a solution for Exeter’s soup drought – a microsoupery known as The Soup Aisle. If you haven't heard, The Soup Aisle specializes in small-batch soup production, optimized for pop-ups and local delivery.
Our "Soup Season" Tradition
The idea for The Soup Aisle was born in my kitchen after a winter of trying a new soup recipe every week. We looked at each other and said, "maybe we should just start a soup business!" And here we are -- and we couldn't be more excited! We are taking my love of both nostalgic and interesting flavors and combining it with Patrick's ability to choose ingredients and transform them into a bowl of pure magic, bringing one of my go-to comfort foods to our friends and neighbors in Exeter and nearby!
